Was on my way home yesterday and i went to shift from first to 2nd and it grinded like hell. After that every gear was pretty stiff to get into.

Coming to a stop the clutch would not fully disengage(was slightly moving me forward if left in gear.

Also the clutch would grab about 2cm from the floor, which makes driving an untuned cammed car more difficult

I checked the fluid lvl and its fine, it got a new master cylinder and clutch 1 yr 5 months ago.

So what could it be?

 

Could be a loose fork not engaging/disengaging the pp & disc properly. You may want to crack open the bellhousing and make sure it's still hooked up properly.

Could be a bad throw out bushing too.

Did you replace the PP when you replaced the clutch disk...a bent finger on the PP will cause your condition.

 

Yes i did. But i assume it could still be the latter?
