An Intermittent Stumble!

What are somethings that would cause this? I just recently switched to long tubes and duals and never had these problems before. I also blocked off my EGR and AIR when I installed the long tubes. Could this have anything to do with it and is it possible I may need a good tune for the new exhaust and air/egr block offs?

Did you turn off the EGR in the PCM?

you could have burned a wire on one of the long tubes

even w/ heat shields, they can't touch at all. need air gap all around

Wouldnt a wire be a constant miss though and not intermittant?

Mines kinda weird cause it doesnt happen all the time or everyday for that matter. I looked through the plug wires and didnt see anything but maybe I could tell more if I had it on a lift.
