How are these "Fluid Damper" units on ebay?

It's not a "FluidAmpr" unit, but wondering how good they are if anyone's researched or used them?

Always have like the Fluidampr series of balancers.
You saw that aluminum one at my shop the other day, I would have to say they are one of the best pieces you can buy, the problem with the one on Ebay is that it's not a Fluidampr brand name unit.
