intake oil leak/oil pressure

intake oil leak/oil pressure

can the intake oil leak lower your oil pressure, or would that most likely be my pump or sending unit? thanks

No, it is just a leak. it could be sending unit, the gauge, or the bearings. It also could be the pump, but not likely. I have had a small piece of plastic get stuck in the pressure relief valve, once.
