How much coolent is needed to refill the system?

The radiator has plastic tabs on the sides that nest with the A/C condensor; pay attention to how they nest. The radiator will only hold about 1.5 gallons of coolant/water mix; probably a good time to drain the block too (then you'll need about 3 gallons of mix). Use distilled water, not tap water and premix to your desired percentage (between 30% - 50% coolant).
