Installing hooker LT's , Having problem's installing around Vortech T-trim

I'm installing Hooker Lt's and I've done everything possible to install the driver side header with no luck . I've took off the valve cover release the stering linkage jack the motor up , but it keeps wanting to hit the supercharger . I was thinking of going from the bottom ,is this the way to go or would Ihave to remove the supercharger? Any help is appreciated . The supercharger is a vortech t-trim and where do you guy's usally jack the motor up from ?

I put mine in from the bottom. You shouldnt have to jack it up for that side.Jack it up from th oil pan with a block of wood to spread the load. The oil filter has to come off too.

If all else fails just drop the Cross Member. I switched to a 7qt. Canton pan on a 97 z28 and it is really easy to drop. Undo both motor mount bolts, undo 6 subframe bolts and it drops down 3-4 inchs. That should do it for your header. I have Hooker longtubes and a P1-SC.
