Installing Headers?

Well, I've finally got more than enough cash to get some headers for my car. To all those who installed them themselves, how did you jack the car up high enough to get everything in and out? I discussed it with my dad, and unless I can find a good safe way to get the car up high enough (~3ft I guess) he's gonna make me pay someone to do it. Any ideas?
Also, so far I plan on getting the following:
Pacesetter LT's, y-pipe, OTVC plug wires, spark plugs, exhaust gaskets, locking header bolts, o2 extensions, new o2's, and a new tune. Am I missing/overlooking anything?

The jackstands I have will only raise the car up 21.5 inches. Is that high enough to be able to drop everything out the bottom and put the headers in? Everyone else I have seen or heard from seemed to raise the car up much higher. Just didn't seem like less the two feet off the ground would be high enough.

I raised my car about 2 feet. The driver side went in easy, but the passenger side will have to go in with the motor raised enough to drop the mount.

Get the 3 ton jack stands. I have done the FLP and Hookers. I think you could get the FLP's in at that height, but the hookers needed more room (they are longer at the collector). It might help if you tell us what headers you want.

I did not see the pacesetter headers. Can't comment on them, never did them.

Id still get some extra jackstands. I have 8, and put 4 under the sub connectors for extra insurance.

I have four jackstands and two jacks, so anything extra is going to definately be bracing the car just for peace of mind. Good to know that I can get the headers in with just jackstands though, I thought I would have to jack it up farther than what the stands and jack would allow. My original idea was to make a platform of brick to set the jack stands on, but my dad (who helps with everything on my car) said it wouldn't be a good idea.
