As you can see from the first response, there are two ways to go....
1) Buy an "add-on" A/F ratio gauge from Autometer, or similar, that connects to your stock, narrow-band O2 sensor(s). This will provide you with very little useful information, but will provide a somewhat annoying psychedelic light show
Costs about $50.

2) Buy a complete wide-band A/F ratio gauge, like the LM-1. Comes with its own wide-band sensor, a meter, interface to a PC for logging, etc. Will provide extremely useful info regarding the state of tune of your engine. Costs about $350.
