installed first mods today

I have a 1997 Z28 with 22k miles on the clock. I installed the ASP piggyback crank pulley and the skip shift elimanator today. Well i can tell you the car is so much more fun to drive with the skip shift, but i really cant tell anything with the pulley. Im going to take it to the 1/8th track tonight. See what she can do.

Expect less than a tenth with the pulley. They aren't exactly proven performers.

woodstown

Hey Man, i see you are from woodstown! my cousins went to highschool there, heard of the gandy's ? 3 girls! all went there and my mom and dad both went to Pennsville High. We all migrated down to the south though, but interesting to see someone from such a small place as woodstown.

yes, pullies are cheap but the gains with one are minimal... the biggest bang for your buck will be cold air intake, headers, and exhaust. with just those 3 you should be able to take most of the cars you come across.

because pullies are like 40-50 bucks, and a nice catback is around 300-500. but don't worry, he's having fun driving now and the blown 383 stroker isn't too far off

Hey, if you're interested, I have one for sale. Still in the box, never used, brand new. I didn't use it because I used hypertech power programmer to eliminate my skip-shift.

E-mail me if you're interested..I can send pics also.

camaro

Yeah, i picked up the pulley and the belt for 50.00 used from a local in my club. And i got the !CAGS for 20.00 Used from the local speed shop. I just got the car, damn sales tax killed me. This is my 3rd LT1 and i have had 1 LS1. I love these cars, and the possibility of a blown 383 may not be too unrealistic, but that is way down the road. About Woodstown, did you get hit with the snow? Lauren and Denise live in Daytona Florida now, and Pam, the older one your forgot, is engaged and works as an insurance investigator in Orlando. They are all college grads. I love those girls.
Later guys, time to surf the sponsors sites and write down for the 100th time what i want to buy next!!!
