installation of HOT cam kit

I read a lot about these kit, so I want to buy one. But is it only an exchange job for my 92' Corvette LT 1 engine or is machine work necessary ? Will all the parts fit without any changes such like diffferent diameters of the springs (LT 1 <=> LT 4) or something similar ?

What power gains with my K & N air filter, hedman shorty headers, 70 mm dual exhaust system and flowmaster mufflers.

Thanks for any help !

I would expect possibly 30rwhp difference in the upper RPM range.

Ive seen as much as .5 sec in the 1/4 from just the cam swap. And it is a direct bolt-on for all F-body Lt-1s and newer corvettes. I know there are a couple small changes in 92 - 93 corvettes but im not sure if any would effect it.
