The link to that install guide is the best I have ever seen. I helped a friend install his BBK headers (junk) into his 94 Z28 and he had it dead on.

It definetly takes awhile but is pretty straight forward...the most difficult part is getting the old nasty manifolds off since there is barely enough room to find the bolts and get them off. One the headers are on take your time and do not rush....youll find yourself wanting to get done and be all excited about getting them on that you will rush and miss things or do something half *** and have to go back and do it later. Take a break half way through and just be patient...

Oh!!! Buy some mechanics gloves! i wish i had, those things are the BEST investment...save yourself alot of pain!
