Injectors...which should i get!

Well ever since the cam install i had a high end miss and we narrowed it down to the fuel injectors..they are at 118% duty cycle!

Now...I have 3 options:
1. Use my brothers stock 32lb/hr syclone injectors
2. Get in on the GP for the Racetronix injectors! http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=301475

3. Get in on the Gp for the 28.8lb/hr injector/fuel rail combo!
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=327589

What do you guys think would be best for my setup?! Mods are in the sig. I don't have tons of money to spend right now but i do want to get a Walbro 255 also while i'm upgrading the fuel system. And one last thing do i need to get an AFPR? Will my computer just fix the fuel pressure over time or can i tune it to stay at a certain FP? Also my future plan will be ported LT1 heads/intake and possible a N20 setup! What do you guys think i should do?!?!

The red top SVO injectors are pretty popular and mine are doing their job real well. However those 32lb injectors from the sylcone might work just fine. What you have to be careful of is the rating since its based on the fuel pressure. If your brothers syclone has more than the F-body 43.5 psi or whatever it is then the injectors may not be any larger than your current 24s.

If you have stockers right now, and want to upgrade, SVO 30s are plenty for your car. The SVO 30s are rated at a lower psi than the stock lt1 fuel pressure, so they act like a larger injector with the stock lt1 pressure rating. The only way to change fuel pressure is to get an AFPR, the computer will compensate by changing duty cycle, not fuel pressure.

Did you get your injector duty cycle numbers from TTS DataMaster? I don't have a lot of confidence in the numbers it comes up with. From your mods list, you have a cam and headers. To put the stock 24's (24.9 actual #/HR) at 118% duty cycle, you would have to be making at least 470 crank HP. And that's assuming a very fat 0.50 #/Hr/HP BSFC.

In reviewing numerous DataMaster scan logs for people, some of the DC numbers look ridiculous.

Yes those numbers came from datamaster. On my tune i changed the injector flow rate from 25.4 to 24.9 and also changed to WOT % change A/F ratio tables back close to stock (They were really really high) and it helped ALOT with the high end miss...there is still a miss up top but not nearly as bad (car would hardly pull before past 5500) When i did this i ran datamaster and the highest the duty cycle ever got to was 104 and that was right when the miss occured!

I'm just trying to get the best injectors for the money really! I just want to be able to run this thing and not have any missing up top!
