Infant Restraint System?
What is the infant restraint system on these cars?
I'm told by the RIV that I need this... but even looking off my salvage.... theres nothing different.
Any help would be great.

I need this to get my car registered here in Canada, as the car is from Dallas.
I cant see on the car anywhere that could be for child restraints, are they supposed to be metal hooks or something?
Anyone have anything that could maybe help?
