Impala Intake Elbow

I'm in need of a Intake elbow for my LT1. I found a free Impala Elbow like 20 miles away from me...Does anyone know if these elbows are the same as the Camaro LT1 elbows?

Thanks

nope. They used a smaller MAF, and had some wired "plug" thing on the top of the elbow.

I'd just call Dal or Jason Chromer and get a new 1LE elbow for like $46.

Hmmm... just noticed that you swapped in a '93. Might want to check around and see if the 1LE elbow fits on that year. I could have swore that the '93 elbows were longer since they don't have the 94-97 MAF sensor between it and the intake tube.

I know it matters on CAI's, not sure if it affects the elbow as well... I know this has been talked about....

Still, the Impy elbow won't work.

Ok thanks....anyways who is this Jason Cromer guy? I've heard alot about him, and have heard he can get parts cheaper than anyone else.

I don't think the '93 used a different elbow...i jsut think the CAI is longer, atleast that is how I under stood it.

Jason Cromer 877.726.8295 or 850.243.8826 (Direct Parts Dept.)
email: gmparts@samtaylor.com

He has good prices (if not the best) and doesn't gouge you on shipping.
