Im gonna f'ing blow my car up

Doing fine putting all the new valve spring on then on #7 i get one retainer on and then the mother f ing compressor slips off. Now the damn thing is stuck under the that top part on the spring and i spent 45 minutes tryig to get the f'er off but he compressor kept slipping. I am going to f'ing explode. I hate my damn car.

I have a spring with one retainer in sitting higher than all the other springs that went on fine and I cant get it compressed enoug hto get another retainer in or just to get the spring off. SHOOT ME.

Fixed yet? I have always just walked away and came back and it has usually made the situation better. All I can say is good luck, and keep trying!

You could try hitting the valve stem with a rubber mallet and running like He11.

I don't know what frustrates people more, working on their car or playing golf.

I know how you feel. But just like some said, it's always easier if you just walk away and come back later. I had to do that a few times after putting my new engine in.

I think that we all have said the tittle of your post a few times. I have found that cursing and swearing in the driveway or garage doesnt help. Thats why i keep around my old GM parts and they go in the grinder or sometimes i beat the snot of them in my vise, sometimes both. The best thing would be to come back later, after you simmer down, especially if you have a temper hotter than hell, and real short fuse, Like i do.
