Well the other day i was driving around and wouldnt you know it an srt-4 neon comes up behind me. So when we get up to the stop light and wait for the light to go green i take off and at about 5500 rpms my car starts to break up bad. popping out the exhuast.So i went home to check things out and i decided to buy a new msd coil it helped out a little bit but it still breaks up at about 5800 to 6000rpms. I put a new opti spark on with a new msd cap and rotor about a month ago. Im running the ac delco spark plugs gaped at .50 like the car calls for. Im stumped my wide band says that the air\fuel ratio when it breaks up is going rich. But the fuel doesnt go rich till it starts breaking up. Ive all so noticed that if i dont stomp on it but take it up to 6000 rpms slowly it doesnt do it . So does anybody have a clue what it could be.
