if needle is in the middle of the temp gauge what is the temp?
if needle is in the middle of the temp gauge what is the temp?
I have a 96 z28, if you need to know, and was curious what the temperature of the coolant is when the needle is directly in the middle of the gauge? Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for.

The middle of the 96 Firebird coolant temp gauge is labeled "210". The Z28 gauge is not labeled, in the center, but the upper and lower limits are the same as on the Firebird, so its likely its 210degF, assuming its accurate. The one in my Formula is off by about 5degF.

The middle of the gauge should be 210*
My gauge can read 15-20* colder than the temp my PCM sees when i am idleing for a while or in stop and go traffic.
