if my timing gear was off by a tooth

car would run like crap, wouldnt it?

i heard it'll run, but just not at it's full potential which makes so sense to me, cuz 1 tooth off is alot with the lopes...

cuz my cc306 is running strong, but i cant beat my roommate's bolt on ls1... i'm going to change the plugs today cuz i'm positive that I fouled them with the stock tune (running too rich)...

so just making sure a tooth of can mean running like CRAP right (weird *** idle, wont pull @ WOT)

thx

A buddy of mine had his stock cam of by a tooth...I can't remember the circumstance that he had the car torn appart and ended up getting things misaligned but anyway.

His car had a weird backfire (very mild pop) every once in a while and just had no power but otherwise appeared to run normally.

It will run. But you will have extremely low vacuum, around 4 inches. With a CC306 you should have atleast 11"
