Idling problem!

Well, my car is N/A with LE Heads, XE230/236 114LSA, LT's...blah...blah. I recently installed a new fuel pump and Accel 48lb/hr injectors. I decided to hold off on installing my blower, so i am driving around N/A with 48lb/hr injectors. The car runs rich all the time - idle, WOT, cruising. Sometimes (25% of the time) when I come to a stop my idle will drop to 400-500rpm and want to stall. When I give it gas to get rolling it feels like its missing, but when it hits 1500+rpm its smooth and pulls hard! What is causing the wierd idle problem? Here are some notes:

48lb/hr injectors
fuel pressure @ 38psi idle and 45psi WOT
injector flowrate: 50.99 per tunercat

I also removed my smog pump, but didnt make any tuning changes. Is there anything I should do to the tune now that the smog pump is gone?

Any ideas? Should I look at anything else on tunercat? I dont have alptop, so i make my adjustments in the garage with my desktop. Tomorrow I will use datamaster and record it idling.

6 speed.

My timing is set at 22-23 degrees at 85-100kpa for 1000rpm (where my idle is set). i looked at the Main spark advance/rpm/map table for this info. How does this timing look?

Is my injector constant right? Approximately?

What tables did you play with to lean it out at idle?

it could be a bad plug or wire if it misses under load while you drive around. If this only happens at idle then its probably just your motor starving for air when you come to a stop and snap the throttle blades closed. The IAC just doesnt respond fast enough with that large cam and ported heads to keep the beast running. What I did with my car is drill out the IAC bypass hole in the stock throttlebody to about double its size and that allowed enough air bypassing the IAC so it didnt have to work quite so hard.

Well, I had the same combo running last year, except with stock injectors and it didnt idle bad. Its not a bad plug wire because the power is there. I had a burnt plu wire before and i lost 50rwhp, definitely noticeable. I am running a bbk 52mm TB as well. i think its gas related, i.e. too much.

Should my idle be at .5v?

I just noticed you have giant injectors... way too large for you application. If you look at a scanner the injector pulsewidths should be greater than 0.1... its possible the injectors are so large that the pulsewidth or the amount of time the injector stays open is too long but because the injectors are so large, the computer has already decreased the pulsewidth to its lowest value. I almost had this happen to me with 30lb injectors on a bolt-on motor so i could see how the same problem could come up on a heads/cam motor with 48lb injectors.

I will scan at idle tomorrow and post results.
