I m needing some help here guys, I am dealing with a 97 Z with a procharger on it. everything seems to fine with the exception that when it is being driven it wont come down to idle. when you are sitting still you can free rev it and it will drop back to idle, but if you are moving and just drop the clutch in she will idle about 2-2500K?? any thoughts or suggestions on this??

 

There is logic in the PCM that elevates the idle speed, based on vehicle speed. There is a table in the PCM for the "follower", or something like that, that sets the idle speed when the VSS signal is greater than "0". Check with pcmforless.
