idle way high after tb bypass
idle way high after tb bypass
I did the tb bypass on my 97z and i put it back together and i turn the car on... It was idleing at 1.5k and when i put it into drive it would lunge. I did break the housing on my throttle position sensor and i think this may have something to do with it. The actual mechanisms werent hurt but the adapter was snapped off. I superglued it back together and let it dry. Does this sound like a tps problem and if so how do i fix it?
Also, i may not be putting it on right. It doesnt go on flush, i have to put it on and then rotate it to get to the right spot to line up with the holes.

Re: idle way high after tb bypass
I looked at the wires and one of them was torn so i resoldered it... My luck.. had like 1 mm of copper left and had to strip and solder it but it works now thanks.
