Idle and start problem

I don`t know if this is a TB problem or maybe a O2 problem. Tell me what you think. BTW , I just put on a new 52m TB.
With the engine cold, I turn the key and it fires right up. I let it run for a couple of minutes, turn it off and try to restart it and it takes a few seconds of cranking and it will finally slowly fire up and idle at about 1200 to 1300 then drop back down to 900 or 100 where it should be..
Also, when driving and coming to a stop, the idle will drop way down and it feels like it`s going to die. it will sputter a little bit and then idle high for a few seconds then go back to idleing where it should.
Any thoughts?

Kevin

Was the problem noticable before the new TB? Is it possibly a IAC problem? Also try testing the TPS and check to be sure it's seated properly while your there.

No problem at all before I switched.
How do you test the TPS?

Thanks.

I have a laptop that we can use to see what your tps and iac is at. I live just south of Olathe, maybe we could meet up some night this week(other than tonight). Did you have this problem before the new TB?
