How many #s of torque on ARPs?

How many #s of torque on ARPs?

Im putting on my heads and im useing ARPs and i noticed that they say to use 60ft.lbs. on the aluminum heads. Im pretty sure that my hanies manual says 65. What do you guys tighten them too?

I'd like to know too. According to the directions that came with mine it said something like 60# with alum. heads and that is with their assembly lube.

Best done in three sequences to 65 ft. lbs. I did 25, 45, 65.

I did it in 4 and to a max of 65# and I put arp thread sealer on all bolts

I used the torque angle method as described in this thread. Either method should work.
