Idle RPM Drop

I was going to take my Z out for an evening spin but didnt want to have to tow the SOB. I cranked it up and let it warm up a bit then I noticed the RPMs would drop from about 750 to 650 every 2-3 seconds. Also the head lights would dim slightly every second or third RPM drop. The coil is new and the alternator is about 40k miles old. So what do yall think?

*Edit*
Just tried to reset the IAC, no good. SES light also came on. Could this be from fouled plugs? I had 2 plugs back out causing a misfire. Also, it's hard to start, my FPR might be on its way out. I won't be able to scan it for awhile.

I would check the fuel pressure to start. Are there any codes? Mine always throws one if the idle gets that bad.

ok, scan says p0300 which is a misfire. Since the plug had backed out a week before and caused the motor to sputter and pop, could the plug wire be fried? It idles nice except for the RPM drops. Change plugs?

i have sort of an rpm drop, but its not happening so consistently, it happens randomly could be every 30 seconds every minute, two minutes whatever.

i took a video of what its doing today

Yes, but yours drops around 500 rpm and mine about 100 rpm, just a little hickup compared to yours. Do your headlights flicker like mine do sometimes when it drops?

not really sure, never bothered to look, i will tomorrow

but if it helps it does seem like the battery voltage changes when it does that

and its hard to see in the video but it does drop to 100-200

sometimes the engine doesnt catch itself thougha nd it stalls, this damn hickup makes the car pretty much undrivable though, it happens more frequently shifting gears
