Question IAT bypass mod does it work?

Does the IAT Air Temp Sensor bypass mod work?

Description
IAT Air Temp Sensor By-Pass Mod 10HP

You are bidding on a brand new IAT resistor mod for 94-2004 Chevy Camaro , Firebirds and Impalas with 5.7L LT1 ,LT4, LS1,LS6 , 3800 V6 , 3.8 V6, and 3.4L V6...this mod is a sure way to increase throttle response , acceleration and horsepower in under 20 minutes... This uses the same technology as the big name companies IAT bypass modules without the extra 40 bucks for the plastic connector..this also gives you the same ignition timing and fuel pressure increases as the 300+ dollar power programmers and PCM Chips..

This mod is a voltage sensitive electronic resistor *the exact same resistor used in high end brands* that by-passes your exisiting IAT sensor and tricks your engines computer into increasing fuel pressure and advancing timing for up to a 20 horsepower gain... you should expect a full Dyno Proven 10 horsepower at the rear wheels .. you cant beat the bang for the buck and you can pocket the rest of your money that you would waste on plastic its a little over a dollar per horsepower no other add-on can give you that..dont be fooled by shocking low prices advertised by other sellers on ebay that have fancy pages but notice they dont show you the product that they sell or the picture is to small to tell what it is .. this is the real thing and i show you pictures to back it up i order every resistor from a speed shop that dyno test everyone before sending it out .. this mod is completely safe it wont even affect your "check engine" light like other cheap immitations will .. this mod comes with everything you need and full instructions with pictures to help you through the install.. its plug and play no cutting , or splicing, nothing that will harm your system...

Be sure to include your make and model when you order so i know which engine you are using ... If you dont see a listing for your car drop me an email and i will see if i can order one..Payment is due 4 days after auction ends .. payment process on ebay needs to be "pending , payment status ,or paid" within that time or i need to be contacted, i will leave negitive feedback for nonpayers its become a problem and its a hassle so please Serious Bidders Only, Shipping and Handling is 2.75 by USPS and as always i ship same day of payment or no later than 2 days after.. Good Luck and Happy Bidding

Just Check the Power increase on these Dyno Sheets on a 1999 Camaro Z28 an increase of 11 Horsepower

It doesn't really do anything and the guy is going to send you a resistor that you can buy a pack of 5 at Radio Shack for a buck. You will be disappointed.

Not to mention after all that all it is causing is false info to the pcm, you want to change how the car runs get it reprogrammed much better results.

I tried a 4.7 ohm resistor which is recommended for the LT1 IAT mod and I could smell a little gas like it was running too rich. It would pop when I started up and I didn't get any noticeable performance gains. You could run down to radio shack and get some resistors and try it yourself, but I'm sure you'll see the same lack of results.

I had to do the resistor "mod" when my IAT sensor connector broke, set it up so the pcm thought the air was around 90F degrees all the time, ran better like that than -40. Overall, its a bad idea
