OK, think I finally got my miss/stutter issue solved, but before I put it all back together and drive it...
I fired it up straight open TB (no elbow etc) and the IAC is the loudest part of the engine! You can hear it sucking air over the LTs/Mufflex 4"!!!
When I plug the hole in the bottom of the TB (to the IAC valve) it runs great, and has a nice smooth, low idle. Before I was having erratic idle issues also.
Replace the IAC? What happens if I just plug it off? Or unplug the IAC altogether?

update, just unplugged the IAC motor, and it seemed to have no effecton anything, still hissing and sucking, and drowning out everything!
If I replace the IAC motor, sill this be solved? Where do I get one beside the dealer, AZ doesn't list one?

 

you didnt just put a new throttle body on it did you?
the bbk/edelbrock ones whistle pretty bad, at least the old ones do.
my car use to sound like it had a blower.

 

it does have a BBK 58 on it, but I mean this thing sound like a jet engine, and if I put my finger in it, it idles 100000% smoother!

 

My stocker hisses pretty loud.....so did Javier's when we started with no elbow.

its might not even be the iac, i smoothed out the hole for the iac and it made mine alot quieter.

 

well, like I said, it had an erratic idle before, but when I plug the hole COMPLETELY, it idles smoothly and at like 900rpm
