IAC Count with just key on???

I have had the stuttering and stalling problem for a while, but i have always just cleaned the IAC and problem solved. But I just tried to start the car and It stalled, stuttered, backfired and stopped running.... I have a scanmaster and with just the key on and not running my IAC readings are at 104. Does anyone know what they should be normally with just the key on? I already know what they should be at Idle.. Thanks

Thanks for the reply Shoebox, but do you think my readings (104)and symptoms would be an indicator of the IAC going bad or do I have bigger issues?

I don't think the 104 is abnormal.

Sounds like many of the data logs that people send me. The IAC count with the KOEO is always way higher than the learned target IAC position.

Well Here is the scoop, I went out and look for obvious signs of why It would not start, and I didnt see any thing out of the ordinary. So, I disconnected the battery for less then two minutes, reconnected it and the damn thing fired right up. What gives? Oh well I guess I will just drive it till the wheels fall off!
