i would really appreciate this help guys
hey guys. my 94 has been sitting in my garage since june with a blown head gasket. anyway i finally got a job and ordered the felpro top end motor replacement kit. it comes with all gaskets for top end and some other stuff. anyway. as you should know. the top end is ripped apart. so i have some questions so i can put this thing back together correctly thank you so much in advance guys
(the heads were warped the passenger side terribly. 200 dollars for decking of both.. fair price???)
1) putting stock rockers and arms back in. anything i should know about how hard to tighten them??
2) i need a new radiator which isn't really a big deal. a OEM for 127.00 on summit. fair price?
3) i need a steam pipe (the whole setup) ex. the round pieces that bolt into each head and the whole tube that goes all the way around. i need one for a fair price anyone know where to get one? if they cost, i might as well buy some russell tubing and fabricate a custom out of 1/4'' hose right?
4) i sawed off my exhaust and exhaust manifolds and was just wondering which headers i should get.. (stainless steel only i'm sick of rust) and im getting a flowmaster 3 inch cat back for about 500. r ALSO do they make center mount exhausts for a 94 if so who sells them are they junk?
also, anything else i should need to know about putting this top end back together correctly the first time?? again any input will be greatly appreciated. i love my 'maro and i don't wanna mess it up worse.

1. Shoebox has the answer:
http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#adjust_valves
4. Do a "search" on the headers. Depends what emissions requirements you have to meet, if any. Many people here prefer long tubes, with PaceSetter a popular low-cost brand. Rather than looking for stainless, why net get cera-metallic (e.g. - Jet Hot, or similar) coated mild steel. Eliminates rust (unless you live in the snow belt and get excessive salt exposure), while reducing under hood temperatures, and picking up a few HP by keeping the heat in the headers and increasing scavenging.
As far as a "center mount" exhuast, there is one availble for the Camaro. "Search" on the Appearance forum.

Generally, from my experience, you don't get much in the way of responses when you post 4 different questions in a single post.
You also might want to add a "signature" - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. Makes is easier for folks to find, so they don' have to search through the post to find out you have a "maro".

Weekends can sometimes be slow for tech input. All the prices you mentioned so far sound fair, I paid more for mine to be decked, but I also got a 3 angle valve job.
The rockers...there's a lot more to it than just how hard to tighten them, you need to read that link he posted more than a couple times, it can get difficult at first, for me anyway.
Here is the p/n for the 93-94 pipe - 10108635 , for the 95-97 - 12556260. And here's one place that has the 95-97 part - http://www.gmpartsdirect.com. These p/n's were obtained here, but the prices are dated - http://shbox.com/1/Parts.htm . I see you're a 94, you may need to call around junkyards or you may even get lucky by asking for one in the "want to buy" section, or looking for one in the "parts for sale" section, but do not make a thread asking for one there. Look for someone parting out a complete engine or something and ask them.
Do you have smog where you are?

I've heard that a steam tube was necessary, and again that it isn't necessary. what are your opinions. thanks and again sorry for the lack of info
