i would like to make my own o2 extensions please help asap

I used these little plastic wire connectors with a metal core and a screw on collar on each end to extend my O2s. I wrapped them with tape and some of that split plastic wire loom stuff. No problems after almost a year and a half.

I extended my O2 wires (the sensor, not the car harness) about
4 years ago and have never had a problem. I am just not into cutting the factory wiring. I crimped mine...crimping is the FAA prefered method of connecting wires and if done correctly will not come apart. If it is good enough for the FAA and Boeing, it is good enough for my car.
