I Think I'm Gonna Do the Brakes 1st Timer...

I finally picked up a set of GM shop manuals on the Z28 at so I was going to browse through it the next couple of days and maybe try and do them Sat. or Sun. What do you guys think? Will it be easy enough for a novice? I'm a fairly technical person, all I needed are the manuals to follow and I was told it's actually an easy job. I'm not going to do anything fancy, just OEM replacement. Should I also go to OEM comparable ceramic pads?

Thanks in advance!

It's very easy, especialy if you have a manual. Go for it and follow the steps.

Doing a pad swap is easy but its a good idea to have the rotors turned for best brake performance.
