I have a 93 Camaro z28 50,000miles A4 with 3:23 gears and i have loudmouth cat back on the way. My buddy just bought a 91 muffstain GT 5.0 5 speed. It has a mac cat back and he is getting short thorw shifter, off road H pipe, and 3.55 gears. He is OK at shifting. He is saying that with that stuff done he will be able to beat me. I was like i dont think so but before i talk tomuch trash what do you guys think?? Also will i be able to tell a difference with loudmouth power wise like SOTP? thanks

A catback system and a shifter won't be enough to offset a 50hp difference on these cars from the factory.

 

I just did a full tune up except for plugs and wires but i think i will let them go for a while long b/c my car only has 50K on it.
