The threads on the shiny object coming from the exhaust manifold broke, right were the arrow points. Any side effects to deleting it? what do i plug the exhaust manifold with?

He won't pass a sniffer test unless your cats are hot with the AIR off. The AIR just helps the cats heat up in the first 3 minutes. If you have cats, just get the cats hot before you go in for the sniffer test if there is one.

Without the A.I.R. system you run the risk of destroying your cat(s) prematurely from the rich fuel mixture during open loop start-up (first 2 minutes of driving). Usually people that delete the A.I.R. system also delete their cat(s).
