His site was working fine for me:

P0134: Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient signal activity Bank 1 Sensor 1 Sensor 2 = after cat
P0135: Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0160: Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient signal activity Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0400: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system

Ah, just doesnt seem to work with Firefox. It works fine for me on IE now that you said that it was working for you.

So what then do those mean exactly. I just put in Headers with no cats, so the after cat code, the P0160 I can see but what do the other ones mean?

That would make sense, I just so happen to be using IE.

P0400 is most likely due to the headers. Headers/no cats reduce back pressure in the exhaust system, and reduces the EGR flow to the point where the PCM diagnostic can not detect it.

P0134 detects an open circuit to the O2 sensor. Wiring problem most likely. P0135 detects a faulty O2 sensor heater circuit. Also most likely a wiring problem. Did you use an extension? If so, look there.

Nope, no extensions. Stock wiring on everything. Would any of those codes cause any driveability issues or anything worse than just throwing a code?

How can I keep the EGR system but get rid of the P0400 code? I know EGR is kind of a good thing to have and its not really cluttering anything up, you cant even see it. I suppose thats also part of the reason i dont want to remove it...I cant see it.

Also, why dont I have an AIR code? I took the AIR system out of my car, so why no code for it?

An open circuit on an O2 sensor prevents the PCM from going into closed loop. In effect, your PCM can no longer "learn" to compensate for modifications.

I've heard of a technical service bulletin and a "low backpressure EGR valve", but I don't know much more than that.

Good question. There are several codes for the AIR system, since the PCM checks both the electrical circuit to the pump and cycles the pump while looking at the O2 sensors for significant changes to the O2 readings.
