Ok, any opinions are welcome. My mods are in my sig.

I'd like to get a mild cam, nothing too extreme.

However, I'd like it to be a little bit more powerful than the LT4 hot cam. My main goal for this car is to get close to 400 hp.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

 

400rwhp on motor? You're gonna need a bit more than a "mild cam" to do that..

IMO my the CC503 XE224/230 grind is an excellent choice.

 

I agree, with one caveat: upgraded valvetrain components need to be used with this cam.

 

I plan on new locks/spring/retainer & 1.6 roller rockers as well......... just an FYI

LT4 ED timing set
