Mine is broken also. I was gonna order a poly mount, but I went to Advance Auto and they have a replacement for like 10 bucks. I thought I would at least see how it does, and if it happens to break anytime soon, then I'll just get the poly one then.

Maybe it is and maybe that would account for the same part numbers. Well I will go with the ES one for enow because I need to fix this today and cannot wait for shipping. I can go right down the road and pick one up. If it turns out to be a vibrating mess I will order the one from gmparts direct. It is only 24 bucks there and the ES one is 25. So not entirely a waste of money.

Well i replaced it today with the ES one and I am very happy. The rattle went away, I used the pre-load plate, and I have zero vibration even up to 90. Thanks for your help guys. Took about an hour to do. I don't see why some people had such a problem with the pre-load plate.

I bought mine used (yeah I'm cheap too). What's the pre-load plate?

EDIT: What I mean above is that in addition to my other faults, I am cheap. Not meaning "cheap like you." Sorry for any confusion.

Well I got a new one at pep boys for $26. Not bad really since the GM price varied so much and I wasn't sure it was the 1LE. The pre-load plate is a thin plate that goes between the tranny and the bushing. The bushing has a plate on it to so in essence you are running two plates on top of each other. One is just molded into the poly stuff and the other is not. However, when you torque it down it presses two little humps in the bushing down and supposedly "pre-loads" it. Maybe this helps keep the metal inside from touching and causing vibrations.
