Well if you decide you want to chunk it for a Star Stage 3 Ceramic let me know. I have a brand new one that I installed on my car, but the motor is not complete yet. I would gladly swap...

What is it that is making it so difficult to get the tranny back into the car?

Granted I'm an A4 guy, BUT I have a friend that I was just talking about a Street Twin with the other day.

If i knew that it would already be in the car!!! J/K I have no idea the transmission just stops going in and if you push on it you can bend the clutch discs all up so you just have to fight this SOB and im done fighting it on my back in the garage when its 106 outside here in vegas!!!!!! if you have anytips please shre them my wife is so pissed at me and this car its unreal and its because of this clutch I will tell you what for the amount of money this thing cost they give you the cheapest alignment tool money can find!!

Well, the disc has splines for the input shaft on the tranny right?

Assuming everything is lined up correctly, the only valid reason that I can think of for the tranny to not slide in and mate up would be either the input shaft needs to be rotated slightly to line up with the splines on the disc OR the clutch fork might be bumping on the throwout bearing?

I've only done a clutch in one car, but I remember having to rotate the tranny some to get it to line up with the disc.
