For less than $30.00 I got a Felpro intake manifold and timing chain cover gasket sets. The timing chain cover set also included all three of the seals in the front of the timing chain. No more oil spots in the driveway. The intake manifold kit even came with a tube of RTV.

My IM leak caused me to leak oil all over the opti and front side of the motor.

I would fix the IM leak and see what happens.

Yeah. I would fix the intake manifold leak first. Then you will be able to tell if you have a leak near your opti and balancer. It is a lot easier to pull the intake manifold than it is to take off the front cover and replace all the seals. Good luck.
