How can you mod the stock ram air setup for a 96 WS6...?

I am finally buying an aftermarket filter tomorrow... haha still stock. 383 and all. haha

What else should I do for a little topend?

Look at fred's pics...

Get a fernco coupler, and remove the baffles in the hood. It does not get any better.

 

Fernco coupler, like $4 from Lowes. Get a K&N filter, i would say get the holly but they dont make it anymore. And cut that stupid plastic grill outta the top of the air box thats restricing air in and get the 2 threaded rods to keep it rigid. Paul did it (1fstws6) im sure we can help ya do it.

 

I wonder how much I am losing from the stock setup with all the mods? haha Anyone have a guess? :-/

 

Prob 5 flywheel horse power , prob wont notice a seat of your pants improvment, but man will it sound cool
