What all do I NEED before installing this cam other then the obvious springs ect. How much HP can I expect from this cam

Scroll down just a bit on that page and there is a list or things needed that Shoebox has graciosuly put together for our veiwing pleasure. Also, what to expect has a lot to do with the supporting mids that you have on the car.
