It ran fine right before I changed it. I think its something to do with the vacume lines. Anyone have a diagram of it? I have a line from egr to solenoid and solenoid to the side of the intake. It seems like there was a y fitting though and I don't know where that went....

 

Hmm, maybe the valve in it is stuck.

 

OMG, the dongle fell out of the intake elbow. I had to take the clamp off so I could push it in far enough.
