Hypertech PP3 Deprogramming?

I use to own a 1994 TA, and I bought a Hypertech Power Programmer III for it when I did a gear swap. I hit a deer and the car was totaled last October but I wan't able to deprogram it before theytook it away. Now I have the programmer and want to sell it (it's no good because I now own a '93) but it has the old programming and won't work on any other cars till I can get it deprogrammed. Anyone know how I can do his without having the car?
thanks

IF you can snag the PCM, you can put it in another camaro to de program it.

I know that www.pcnforless.com have that option. I saw on this site (or another about reprogramming LT1), a possibility of resetting HPPIII but you will have to send it to them and they will fix it. If they won’t help nobody can....The Hypertech program this product so only one car can use it (pretty smart)...
