HVAC shorted to Ground.

I got up this moring and was taking my 94 Z28 into work, and went to turn on my A/C. Well no air is moving. Turn it to vent, still no air, after playing with all the dials on the HVAC, i decided to check the fuse. Found out the 25 amp fuse is blown. I put a new fuse in and everything works fine for a second. After about five seconds have passed, the blower stops running again. I checked the fuse, it blew the fuse again! I went under the hood looking for the blower motor, on most cars, its being the passenger fenderwell against the fire wall. Check the resistance of the motor and such. Where did they put the blower motor on these things, I took out the PCM, and didn't find it back there.
If anyone could give me any help on what to check and where this thing is located, please help, a black car, with black leather, and no T-tops in 90+ weather with 100% humidity is not a fun thing. Please help.
