If you spun it to 6800, you could be making some beastly numbers with the right heads and cam, such as a LE3 set up. I bet you could see over 425 at the wheels, and be very streetable. And you wouldnt have to spin to 6800 I dont think with a LE3. Its around 6600-6700 on a 350. With the stroker motor, your looking at 6500ish I think?
If you dont mind spinning the motor to 6800 RPMs you outta look into some of the really mean solid roller cams.
Also, you really cant spin any higher than 6800 without major upgrades. The stock PCM only fuctions to 7000RPM's. So thats your limit inless you went to a aftermarket fuel injection set up.
With those pistons, whats your CR? Just curious.
O and just switching cams only, say going form what you have to a LE1, or LE2, CC306, GM 847. I bet you would pick up at least 20 peak, and some power all the way across the board. I dont htink loss of low end TQ would relaly be that noticable with any of those cams listed above. You might notice it, but under WOT, how long are you under 2500RPMs? Also, the LE series cams are listed on LE's site and state on there how much more power they would make than comparable cams.
They seem like a good buy. Thats the way I am going as soon as I get hte money for everything. LE2 heads ( I think ) and LE1 high lift cam.

my static compression ratio was about 11.2 to one but my dynamic was closer to 8.6-8.7 which was about as close as i wanted to push on 91 pump gas. but if i was to go to a bigger cam i imagine my dynamic would drop considerably. o and id really like to stay around 6200rpm i just wanted to see what the difference in #'s is btwn a big cam for 6200 compared to say 6500-6800.

Let me tell you about my experience.
When I first put my stroker together I used the XE 224/230 with the rest the same as I have now. (10:1 comp,AFR 190 heads out of the box) I was dissapointed to say the least. My best time was a 12.3 at 114 mph.
Just last Friday I went to the track and the only change is switching cams to the GM847, well my best last Friday was a 11.52 @ 119 mph. 60 foot times are almost identical.
There are people that believe the XE 224/230 is a better cam than the CC305, so you can kinda go off of that.
