How would a 3.42 rear work with a lt1/a4

Just wondering if my v6 rear will work well with my engine/trans conversion. It is a 4wdb 3.42 with limited slip.

3.42s work fine with an A4. What is 4wdb?

3.73's would work even better.

4-wheel disc brake

C'mon, now... a rear end does not have 4 wheels, unless it is a dually.

haha ok well let me re-state that the rear has disc brakes ..... I assume it is probably equal to the one in this 97 z28, The camaro won't be a daily driver but since the camaro all this is going into for sure has a 3.42 was just curious how the engine would respond.

No, I can't afford 3.73 gear swaps so the 3.42 it is.

Why not keep the 6-speed and swap in some new gears......like maybe some 4.10's?

After seeing a few of his posts from late Saturday night, I think he may have been on the sauce.

Decided to update this, the LT1 conversion has been completed. Sadly couldn't use the 3.42 rearend, z28 donor car has that traction control system so the rears were totally different. I just used the z28 3.23 rearend in my swap.
