How/What for degreeing a cam?

How/What for degreeing a cam?
So basically, what all am I going to need to buy, to degree it? A degree wheel obviously, but what about that set up with the super light valve springs and dail indicator? Its like $100+ for that stuff
. I do have a set of calipers, if there is any way to use them instead of the springs and dail indicator and stuff.
