How to test AFR

I bet this sounds dumb, but how do I know what air/fuel ratio my car is running at? I know there are a few programs that you can use to hook up a laptop and record the data at WOT. I'm planning on getting a madwolf tune once he gets back, and I wanted to test my AFR before and after I got the tune done. Also, because madwolf hasn't been around to answer my questions, do I need to send him dyno sheets/AFR or anything else for him to send me a tune?....or do I just have to tell him my mods and he'll know just by looking at them? Thanks a bunch in advance for all the help guys.

The only real way to measure your WOT A/F ratio is with a wideband O2 sensor. There are a couple of standalone systems coming out for reasonable money, but going to a dyno facility is still what most people do.

You can get a rough idea by looking at your cars O2 sensor values, but it's not nearly as accurate.
