Angry How to ruin your car!

Hi, I have a 95 LT-1 and am trying to REDO the Drivetrain
and I have the Following questions maybe you guys can help?

1. How far in exactly does the Pilot Bearing need to be? Does it have to be flush with the rear of the Crank? I got mine in, but it's sticking out a few mm's? Any tips on how to get it flush?

2. While attempting to Remove the Pinion Nut I found that the
differential is locked into position since the parking breaks are
engaged. Is it wise to remove the pinion nut that way to keep it from
turning, or should I use the ol' wrech technique? (I don't have air
tools)

3. Does anyone know how to setup the Ra-Tech gears? How does thier Solid
spacer system work?

I got my pilot bearing in by placing a socket on it and hitting that until the bearing was flush.

What do you mean by ra-tech gears?? I used the ratech complete install kit, and solid pinion spacer to set up my motive gears. The solid pinion spacer takes the place of the crush sleeve, and you shim it to just bigger than the stock crush sleeve and take away shims until you have proper pinion preload. Hope this helps,
Brandon
