How to Remove Rusty Rotors?

At 60k my rotors need turned and they popped off with a moderate tap of hammer. Now at 90k they are pretty rusty and won't budge. Know anything I should try? Thanks in advance.

A little more muscle and maybe a dead blow hammer.

Spray them up with Break Free or an equivilent, let em soak for a little bit, then beat the **** out of them with a hammer/mallet/dreadlocks/sledgehammer

Dreadlocks?

If you are going to be putting new ones on......beat the living SH*T out of it and it will come off.
A 3 pound hammer wielded by someone who takes no sh*t can get them off.

A lot of PB Blaster or a little heat from a propane torch.

I spent half and hour with propane torch. I looked several times to see if it was bolted on somewhere,.lol. They can be tough. If you dont have one, go buy a cheap propane torch and heat rotor in circles, try not to touch the hub. After 10 minutes hot, bang with hammer.
