How to remove PS reservoir

I know simple question but the clip would not come up and I ended up breaking the plastic that connected to the reservoir. The bolt is a no brainer but what about that plastic clip? I put a screwdriver underneath it and still went nowhere and eventually broke the plastic connector.

I have a door panel tool and it works on the cowling and many other parts. $10 at Sears.

You need to pull up on both sides of the plastic rivet at the same time. Diagonal cutters will span both sides at once.
