Re: How to put a CSI WP ???
pulling the water pump is a pita. Then you need to drive out the mechanical shaft. plug the hole. installing the pump in the housing is easy. You'll the need to notch the fan shroud for it to clear. Bolt it back up, refill the coolant and bleed the system. Wire it up with a fuse and 30amp relay.
1-10 maybe a 5?

yeah, you will probably need access to some sort of press, a plug and maybe a file or die grinder to notch the housing. I work at my schools machine shop so i turned the plug out of aluminum, pressed it in and ground the housing in maybe 2 hours.

We found a sanding wheel on a dremel, oddly enough, was the perfect thing for making the notches on the water pump.
As for driving out the driveshaft.. that's a pain in the ***. I didn't have access to a press so I used my air impact hammer with a chisel bit.
